e-commerce , Shmuly set out to bridge the gap between beauty brands and their inconsistent messaging one-commerce . His mission remains to tell brand stories the right way one-comm marketplaces, taking great pride in putting all possible resources into best representing beauty brands—the way they deserve. In his off time, he plays tennis and pursues a journey of meditation andself-improvement.

Marshal Hartman

- Marshal joins Sayn with over ten years of experience in marketing and sales strategy, specifically focused on the professional beauty industry. Having been raised by a hairdresser, Marshal followed his mother’s footsteps into beauty and trained to become a stylist. His career pivoted to that of a Salon Director, giving him exposure to the business side of the professional industry. With a history with brands such as KEVIN.MURPHY and Aveda, Marshal spent a large portionof his career acting as brand manager, covering sales, marketing, and education strategies, and has extensive experience in graphic and web design.

Isabella Yidi

- With an extensive background in Prestige and Luxury Beauty, and working experience with brands such as Tom Ford and Estee Lauder, Miami native Isa Yidi acts as the Brand Marketing Manager for both Sayn Beauty and Sayn Beauty Pro. Isa works with the marketing and education teams to schedule and coordinate experiential events, and manages Sayn’s relationship with influencers and industry publications.

Antonella Frustaci

- Starting her career behind the chair as a stylist, Antonella prided herself on delivering absolute attention to care when working with salon guests. It was this attention to care that lead Antonella to transitioning from behind the chair, to managing a salon and spa team for a major destination resort. Upon joining Sayn Beauty Pro, Antonella continues delivering that same level of attention and care to her salon partners.

Becky Seale

- Having background as a licensed stylist, Becky transitioned from working behind the chair into a role as a sales director working in professional distribution. With over ten years of experience as a distributive sales consultant, Becky joined the Sayn Beauty Pro team seeking a deeper connection with her salon partners. Located in North Carolina, Becky works with her salon partners to develop sales, marketing, and guest engagement activities, truly defining what it means to be a Salon Development Partner.

Anushka Anand
Marketing Coordinator

- A conceptual creative, Anushka heads marketing, focusing on launching 360-degree marketing campaigns across all touchpoints, with a Master’s in Luxury and Fashion Management from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) amalgamated with prior experience in graphic design and art direction. Anushka manages content creation (graphics, video, ad, gif) for all platforms while strategically integrating them across all touchpoints. In her free time, Anushka enjoys doing product photography and spending time with her partner exploring different cuisines!

- Possessing a strong client service background, Batya has excelled in the Customer Service Industry for over a decade. She has succeeded in customer service management for high end fashion brands and two luxury timepiece companies. Never one to shy away from a good challenge, Batya will go the extra mile (or two) to ensure her teammates and customers are always treated right! Her extraordinary commitment to each and every individual truly epitomizes what Customer Service is all about. Born and raised in the sunshine state, Batya loves spending time exploring the great outdoors together with her family and pack of dogs (you can never have too many dogs!

With a work ethic and character derived from his immigrant parents, he has compiled varying experiences in retail, customer service, inventory, and leadership. His inspiration comes from his wife and daughter, and says, “I’m a big believer in luck; I find the harder I work, the more of it I have.”
